Any complaint received will be forwarded directly to the General Counsel´s office and the Audit Committee Chairman at the same time, unless such individual is identified as participating in the activities that are reported.

What to Expect :
- You can report your concerns anonymously or confidentially.
- Complaints relating to CSG accounting, internal accounting controls and auditing matters will be referred to members of the CSG Audit Committee.
- All complaints will be received and processed by the General Counsel´s Office, unless the complaint is specifically about the General Counsel´s Office.
- You will receive acknowledgement of the reception of your complaint if you desire.
