  • Customer Profile. Enables you to further leverage customer profile data by pre-integrating with CSG Customer Intelligence platform, which combines the customer profile from Customer Communication Center and analytics models to further segment your customer base.
  • Interaction Tracking. Provides a real-time record of all interactions with each customer and the channels by which those communications occurred—whether it is via email, SMS or other interactive message format. This gives your business a more comprehensive view of communications over time.
