Head of Customer Engagement
Alfred Binford is Head of Customer Engagement, globally overseeing the product, sales, services and engineering teams, as well as the CSG Experiences Practice.
Prior to this role, Binford served as Senior Vice President of Americas Wireless and Telecom at CSG, where he was responsible for leading and growing business in North America, Latin America and the Caribbean.
Binford has over 25 years of experience in telecommunications and information technology and services. Binford has previously held senior executive roles across sales, marketing and consulting at companies such as Vodafone, Unisys, EDS, Verizon and Amdocs. He began his career working at AT&T.
Binford holds a B.S. in Business Management from the State University of New York College at Old Westbury. He also received an M.B.A. in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey.
