For the purposes of this Privacy Notice references to “CSG”, “we,” “us” and “our” shall mean CSG Systems International, Inc. and our affiliated companies and subsidiaries. The purpose of this Privacy Notice is to inform what personal information CSG collects in connection with your participation in CSG surveys or other activity designed to collect your feedback about use of CSG’s services and products (“Surveys”) acting on behalf of yourself or the business entity you represent (“you”, “your”, or “yourself”) and how we may use and disclose such personal information.

CSG acts as data controller or business (as applicable) with respect to your personal information collected in relation to the Surveys.
The tool that we use to collect your personal information through your participation in Surveys is provided by SurveySparrow, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal business at 2345 Yale St FL 1 Palo Alto, CA 94306, that acts as our data processor or service provider, as applicable, and may have access to all or part of your personal information. PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED VIA SURVEYS
Personal information (i.e., personal data or similar term(s) under applicable law) generally refers to any information that can be linked to an identified or identifiable person.
The personal information that we may collect about you via Surveys varies depending on the specifics of each Survey, but generally includes the following personal information:
Contact Information: name and contact information (including work mailing address, email address, telephone number), job title and responsibilities, employer’s name, and any other personal information that you submit to us during the course of conducting business with us. We collect your contact information either directly from you or from your employer.
Survey Data: If you choose to participate in the Survey, you will be asked to provide answers to the Survey questions, which may include personal information, or it may be possible to identify you from your responses to the Survey questions.
Information collected automatically: We may also collect information about your device and location. Such information may include information such as your IP address, device type, unique device identification numbers, browser-type, geographic location, and other technical information.
CSG will not ask you provide or disclose Sensitive Data when participating in our Surveys. “Sensitive Data” includes, but is not limited to, personal information that discloses or reveals health and medical conditions, sexual orientation or sexual life, political opinions/views, race/ethnic origin, religious and philosophical beliefs and trade-union membership.

We are inviting you to participate in our Surveys in order to get feedback about our products and services, enhance them based on your feedback and improve our customer experience.
The personal information collected through the Surveys is used for the following purposes, as applicable:
- To communicate with you regarding your participation in our Surveys.
- To administer Surveys and collect your responses to the Survey questions.
- To respond to your requests or provide you with information about the Surveys.
- To update CSG’s customer records.
- To comply with and enforce applicable legal requirements, agreements and policies.
- To develop and improve our products & services and customer experience.
- To prevent, detect, identify, investigate, respond and protect against potential or actual claims, liabilities, prohibited behavior and criminal activity.
- For other business purposes such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our services and to enhance, customize and improve our features, products and services.
Any personal information that we have about you may be de-identified and used by us. Such de-identified information no longer qualifies as personal information and is therefore not subject to the terms of this Privacy Notice.
