Conference Location:

We are located in the Fairway and Overlook conference rooms for the entire conference. These rooms are located on the second floor of The Ballantyne Hotel.

To locate the Fairway and Overlook conference rooms, when you enter the main entrance of the hotel take a right and follow the long hallway to the end of the hotel. After passing the Gallery Restaurant and Bar, please take the stairs or elevator up to the second floor where you will find the conference location.
