Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer
Ms. Bhattacharya is Chief Legal Officer at CSG, where she leads the Company’s legal, compliance, procurement, and DEI teams. Ms. Bhattacharya joined CSG in January 2022, having previously served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Gates Corporation from 2015-2017, where she led a global team responsible for legal, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, regulatory, compliance, insurance, and environmental matters. She has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating complex, multijurisdictional transactions supporting business transformations, including joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and strategic partnerships. Ms. Bhattacharya started her career as a corporate lawyer in the Houston office of the law firm of Vinson & Elkins, LLP. She holds a BA in Economics and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and JD from the University of Virginia School of Law.
