CSPs need to look beyond connectivity and find untapped opportunities in B2B.
In the next five to 10 years, over 75 percent of CSPs expect more than half of their revenue to come from B2B. Enterprises are actively looking for 5G powered services such as network slicing, mobile edge computing and private network services. The majority of enterprises plan to increase their spending on these and other digital services in the next year.
That spending could go to CSPs—if they’re ready to capitalize on it. To support growth in B2B, CSPs will need robust billing and invoicing capabilities.
