Liz Bauer

As Chief Experience Officer of CSG, Liz Bauer is dedicated to delivering a differentiated customer and employee experience that focuses on deepening relationships, enhancing engagement and promoting new business growth. Leading all marketing, people and places, customer centricity, analyst relations, corporate communications, public relations, sales enablement and voice of the customer programs, Bauer will continue to evolve and amplify the CSG brand through multiple channels and stakeholders with a commitment to accelerating growth.

Bauer has been instrumental in developing and driving CSG’s business success over the last two decades. Previously senior vice president, chief investor relations and communications officer, her influence has spanned the company’s growth strategy and the development of CSG’s customer-first, values-based culture. Bauer has served as a strategic advisor to the company’s leadership team during key points in CSG’s evolution, including repositioning following an ownership change, executive leadership transitions, and multiple integrations post acquisitions and various new product launches. She brings over 30 years of combined business management, investor relations and integrated communications experience, including managing a Midwest-based advertising agency.

In addition to her work at CSG, Bauer is a current member of the World 50 CXO 50 community and a founding member of the TM Forum Diversity & Inclusion Council. She served on the board of the National Investor Relations Institute, the founding board of West Denver Preparatory Charter School and previously chaired the Rocky Mountain WICT Gala. Bauer holds a B.S.B.A. in Business and Journalism from Creighton University.
