Calel Clough is the Chief Diversity & Social Impact Officer, overseeing CSG’s diversity and inclusion and environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives.  

A veteran of CSG, Clough has led successful teams in information technology with extensive experience in service desk practices, including incident and change management. By bringing others along on the journey, he has helped to drive the success of CSG programs with employees across the globe and spanning multiple backgrounds. Clough was integral in creating and leading the Black Culture Collective employee belonging group at CSG and collaborating across the organization to create space for discussion, education and growth. Before joining CSG, he held various leadership, project management and account management positions at Hewlett-Packard and MCI. 

Through his dedication and passion, whether serving food or volunteering in nursing homes, Clough is an active member of his community. He is a board member of the Guiding Light Foundation, whose mission is to help youth and their families of underrepresented communities. He previously served as a Deacon Board Member and the Men’s Ministry Developer at the Hope Community Church. 

Clough studied marketing and theology at Oral Roberts University.
