Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, Treasurer
David N. Schaaf, 53, is Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer at CSG. Prior to becoming CAO in 2019, Mr. Schaaf served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer and has held numerous other positions within the finance, accounting, treasury, and corporate development areas since he joined the Company in 2002. Schaaf brings an immense knowledge in accounting, finance, tax, treasury and mergers and acquisitions to CSG, with a focus in software and technology services. Prior to CSG, Mr. Schaaf was a corporate and international tax manager with Arthur Andersen LLP and served 13 years in the Army National Guard. Mr. Schaaf is a certified public accountant (inactive) and holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance and a Masters in Public Accountancy, both from the University of Lincoln-Nebraska.
