Gartner Market Guide for CSP Revenue Management and Monetization Solutions (October 2021)

In this report, leading analyst firm Gartner identifies the key factors behind successful revenue management for communication service providers. They further recognized CSG for providing a full-suite business support system (BSS) as a SaaS solution. Gartner also noted our ability to help CSPs with new business models made possibly by 5G and distributed architectures. 

TM Forum Silver Open API Certification (November 2021)

Telecom industry association TM Forum recognized CSG with a silver Open API certification.  Our commitment and investment in Open API development were highlighted as particularly noteworthy. As CSG COO & President Ken Kennedy said in a recent blog post, “With Open APIs, we will continue to help our customers optimize, monetize and revolutionize with future-ready, innovative solutions.” 

Frost & Sullivan 2021 Asia-Pacific OSS BSS Product Leadership Award (December 2021)

The Product Leadership award recognized our ability to deliver agile, innovative and intuitive technology that delivers unparalleled customer experiences across the globe. In particular, Frost & Sullivan highlighted our customer-first stance that makes us a better partner as our clients adapt to industry changes and innovation. The analysis reveals that our Singleview and Ascendon platforms are future-ready technologies that improve efficiencies and deliver greater ROI for our customers.

Gartner Magic Quadrant for Field Service Management™ (August 2021)

The Gartner Magic Quadrant places vendors based on ability to execute and the completeness of vision. While this is CSG’s first appearance in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Field Service Management, we are thrilled to have been recognized for our strengths in customer experience, scalability, and powerful capabilities for the CSP space. Our 100-percent deployment success rate and near-perfect customer retention rates also received special acknowledgement. Gartner’s research has been particularly helpful in identifying proof points for CSG’s best practices, as well as inputs for our future R&D strategy.  

Spark Matrix™: Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) (December 2021)

Quadrant Knowledge Solutions’ Spark Matrix™ report takes a close look at the key players in customer journey analytics. Then they rank them on technology excellence and customer impact. CSG was proud to secure a position the Technology Leaders category, being noted for our robust customer engagement product portfolio, comprehensive functional capabilities, and strong customer value proposition. The report also highlighted the strength of our real-time, AI-driven journey orchestration and decisioning capabilities as well as our expertise in journey analytics consulting. We believe our position as a Technology Leader in this report is driven by the combination of CSG’s proven digital engagements solutions, end-to-end integration capabilities and our launch of CSG Xponent™. 


Gateway Enterprise Management API Integration Review, The Strawhecker Group (July 2021)

The Strawhecker Group (TSG) is a recognized leader in payments analytics and consulting. In their annual API review, CSG Forte tied for second place. We received top marks in the areas of documentation, developer tools and certification processes. TSG noted particularly that “Forte’s documentation appears to be structured with developers in mind and designed to make the integration process simple and painless.” The Forte testing environment and gateway were also noted as improving time to value as well as saving time and resources.  

Gateway Enterprise Metrics (GEM) Real Transaction Metrics, The Strawhecker Group (September 2021)

In the first half of 2021, CSG Forte ranked first out of 20 payment gateways evaluated for  overall gateway performance according to TSG’s Gateway Enterprise Metrics (GEM) platform. Out of over 20 payment gateways evaluated, the average gateway scored 80.18 on the GEM Index, an overall scorecard for gateway metrics based on five key areas. CSG Forte received a 95.5 overall score, placing first in a competitive field. CSG Forte also tied for first in gateway availability, gateway minute outage and gateway uptime.
