Ken Kennedy

Chief Operating Officer and Head of Revenue Management & Digital Monetization

Ken Kennedy is Chief Operating Officer of CSG and Head of the Revenue Management & Digital Monetization, responsible for driving revenue and creating scalable monetization solutions that help CSG deepen customer relationships. Prior to becoming COO, Kennedy served as President of Technology and Product, where he oversaw all product managementengineering, platform architecture and operations across CSG’s solutions portfolio. Kennedy also served as CSG’s Executive Vice President of Product Development from 2016 to 2017, and as Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Product Management, Development and Operations from 2006 to 2016. 

Prior to CSG, Kennedy was one of the original founders of Telution, where he served as Vice President of Software Development and Professional Services from 1998 to 2006. Before Telution, Kennedy worked at Accenture (f.k.aAndersen Consulting), where he was responsible for developing highly scalable distributed software solutions for the financial services and communications industries.  

Kennedy holds a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from the University of Notre Dame.
