Rick Fernandez has more than two decades of experience in telecommunications and broadband BSS and OSS markets. His expertise spans solution consulting, product management and strategy, product development, ecosystem management and innovation enablement for service providers. In his career, Rick has defined and delivered BSS and Care solutions to the world’s largest broadband providers, as well as several mid-tier operators in the broadband space. Working closely with service providers and technology partners, Rick creates and delivers solutions that improve business and technical performance and increase overall customer value. His experience bridges solution vision, strategy, planning, execution, and delivery while providing practical understanding of how broadband operators can balance innovation with operational realities and future challenges and opportunities.
