Saurabh Joshi

Saurabh Joshi is Executive Vice President and President of CSG Payments, where he is responsible for setting the strategic vision of the organization and for driving product innovation, revenue growth, business development, and operational improvements. Mr. Joshi previously served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager for North America at Western Union. Before that, he was Vice President and General Manager for the Home Purchase Business of Better Mortgages, following his role as Global Head of Revenue Planning and Operations at PayPal Inc. Earlier in his career, Mr. Joshi worked and lived in North America, South America and Asia, where he held a variety of leadership roles at SecondMarket, Rocket Internet, and Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Joshi joined CSG in November 2024, bringing his extensive experience in technology, revenue management, and strategy functions across Payments, Fintech, and E-commerce domains, with both large and small companies. Mr. Joshi holds an MBA in Strategy and Technology Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Science in Finance from Baruch College, a Master of Science in Computer & Information Sciences from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
