How much more effective are ad pages when they’re personalized? A Tier-1 cable operator ran a test using Message Manager to find out. With CSG’s targeted messaging tool, the operator mailed two versions of a mobile offer in customers’ billing statements: one that addressed each customer by name, and one that didn’t.
